The circumference and area of a circle API takes a single number — the radius — and returns the two quantities almost everyone actually needs: the distance around the circle, 2·π·r, and the surface it encloses, π·r².

Both values come back rounded half-up to a configurable number of decimals, together with the π constant used, so the response is deterministic and can be compared byte for byte. It is the classic geometry pair computed in one deterministic call instead of two separate lookups, with no unit ambiguity: whatever unit the radius is in, the circumference is in that same unit and the area is in that unit squared. It runs free in your browser on this page, and costs $0.002 per request when you call it through the API.

The API is asynchronous: the call returns a task_id immediately and the result arrives by webhook. Polling is capped at 1 req/s per task.

Published price — no tokens, no invented credits. A failed task is never charged.

Errors

HTTP	Code	Meaning
`401`	`unauthorized`	Missing or invalid API key.
`402`	`insufficient_balance`	Your balance doesn't cover the task price.
`404`	`unknown_type`	That task type doesn't exist.
`429`	`rate_limited`	Too many requests. Use the webhook instead of polling.
