Enter the hour, minute, and second using 24-hour time, and the calculator includes the seconds as a fractional minute. For example, 06:15:30 becomes 375.5 decimal minutes. This is useful when a spreadsheet, scheduling formula, chart, test fixture, or data pipeline needs a comparable number instead of a formatted clock string. The calculation is pure arithmetic and has no timezone, date, daylight-saving, network, or system-clock dependency, so identical inputs always produce identical output in the browser and API.

The API is asynchronous: the call returns a task_id immediately and the result arrives by webhook. Polling is capped at 1 req/s per task.
