This frequent-flyer miles earned calculator multiplies a transparent base—either the fare you paid or the distance you fly—by your program earning rate, then applies an optional elite or co-brand status bonus as a percentage of those base miles. The formula is deterministic and identical in the free browser widget and the paid API: base miles equal base amount times earning rate; bonus miles equal base miles times status bonus percent over one hundred; total miles equal base plus bonus. Use spend mode when your airline posts revenue-based accrual (miles per dollar or euro), and distance mode when the chart still uses a percentage of flown miles. There is no live award-chart lookup and no hidden class matrix—only the numbers you already know from the fare rules or elite guide. Pricing for successful API calls is the published base of $0.002 per item; failed validation is not charged.

The API is asynchronous: the call returns a task_id immediately and the result arrives by webhook. Polling is capped at 1 req/s per task.

Published price — no tokens, no invented credits. A failed task is never charged.

Errors

`401`	`unauthorized`	Missing or invalid API key.
`402`	`insufficient_balance`	Your balance doesn't cover the task price.
`404`	`unknown_type`	That task type doesn't exist.
`429`	`rate_limited`	Too many requests. Use the webhook instead of polling.
