RGB565 to RGB unpacker

This RGB565 to RGB unpacker converts one compact 16-bit color value into familiar 8-bit red, green, and blue channels.

It validates that the input is an integer in the unsigned 16-bit range, separates the five red bits, six green bits, and five blue bits, then scales every channel deterministically to 0–255. Use decimal input or a hexadecimal value with a 0x prefix and receive the original packed value, component bit fields, an RGB string, and a six-digit hexadecimal color.

The API is asynchronous: the call returns a task_id immediately and the result arrives by webhook. Polling is capped at 1 req/s per task.
