The identity is fully closed form: frequency in hertz equals rpm divided by sixty, and angular frequency omega equals two pi times that frequency, which expands to omega equals two pi times rpm over sixty, or equivalently pi times rpm over thirty. Zero rpm yields zero angular frequency. Negative rpm is rejected because this tool treats revolutions per minute as a non-negative rate for rotary machines and homework problems, not as a signed sense of rotation. The engine is deterministic arithmetic only: no network calls, no sampling, and no date-dependent shortcuts.
