Palindrome number checker

A palindrome number reads the same forwards and backwards once you write it in a chosen numeral base.

In base ten that means familiar values such as one hundred twenty-one or seven thousand seven hundred seventy-seven; in base two it means bit strings that mirror themselves, such as five written as one-zero-one. This checker expands the absolute value of an integer into digits in any base from two through thirty-six, reverses that sequence, rebuilds the integer those reversed digits represent, and reports whether the original non-negative value is a palindrome. Bases below two are rejected as invalid. The walk is pure arithmetic: no models, no network, and fully deterministic output you can pin in tests.

The API is asynchronous: the call returns a task_id immediately and the result arrives by webhook. Polling is capped at 1 req/s per task.
