Strobogrammatic number checker

A strobogrammatic number is a non-negative integer whose decimal digits still form the same digit string after you rotate the whole figure one hundred eighty degrees.

Only five digits survive that turn as digits: zero and one and eight stay themselves, while six and nine swap. Any two, three, four, five, or seven breaks the property. This checker takes a single non-negative integer, builds the rotated digit string from right to left with that fixed map, and reports whether the rotated form matches the original. The walk is fully deterministic, needs no network, and runs free in the browser as well as through the item-priced API. Negative inputs are rejected as invalid so the contract stays aligned with the usual interview and textbook definition for non-negative integers.

The API is asynchronous: the call returns a task_id immediately and the result arrives by webhook. Polling is capped at 1 req/s per task.
