Honors sections typically add half a point and Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate sections add a full point, so an A in AP Calculus can count as five point zero while the same A in a regular elective still counts as four point zero. This weighted GPA with honors calculator accepts a list of courses with letter grades, credit hours, and rigor level, applies configurable honors and AP bonuses on top of the standard base points, and returns both the weighted and unweighted GPA plus a transparent per-course breakdown. The arithmetic is fully deterministic, runs free in your browser, and is available over the API at $0.002 per successful request with no language model and no external transcript service on the hot path.

The API is asynchronous: the call returns a task_id immediately and the result arrives by webhook. Polling is capped at 1 req/s per task.

Published price — no tokens, no invented credits. A failed task is never charged.

Errors

HTTP	Code	Meaning
