Unlike deficit tools that only ask how many kilograms to lose and how many days you have, this page anchors the plan to two real ISO dates so wedding deadlines, race schedules, medical check-ins, and seasonal cut windows stay calendar-true. The model is the classic energy-balance approximation used in coaching worksheets: about 7700 kilocalories per kilogram of body tissue, or 3500 kilocalories per pound, spread evenly across the day count from start to end. For example, moving from eighty kilograms to seventy-five kilograms between the first of January and the twelfth of March at a twenty-five-hundred-calorie maintenance level implies a seventy-day span, a total energy change of minus thirty-eight thousand five hundred kilocalories, a daily adjustment of minus five hundred fifty, and a daily intake near one thousand nine hundred fifty. The engine is fully deterministic finite arithmetic with pure Gregorian date math, no network calls, no sampling, and no system-clock shortcuts.
